THoD Newsdesk, Germany: On the 4th of February Hilton officiated an agreement with Signo Hospitality (Signo) to develop 10 new hotels in Germany over the duration of the next 5 years. The first two properties which would commence operations under the agreement, will be Hilton Garden Inn Herne and Hampton by Hilton Bottrop.

Hilton Garden Inn Herne will be the first Hilton-branded hotel in Herne, which is a key hub for Germany’s chemicals, machinery and transport sectors. On the other hand, Hampton by Hilton Bottrop is seated in the city centre on Berlin Square and it boasts of varied entertainment choices. Globally, the Hampton by Hilton portfolio encompasses approximately over 2,600 properties, constituting of nearly 277,000 rooms. Further, Hilton was tagged as the No.1 brand in Germany across all industry sectors, in the KPMG Global Customer Experience Excellence Report 2019.
