What is planned
The Hoxton has said its Hamburg hotel will open in summer 2027 on Alter Wall, in the Nikolaiviertel. It will have 188 rooms in six categories, 32 of them interconnecting, and will be the brand’s second hotel in Germany. The Hoxton is part of Ennismore, and the hotel is being opened with partner The Chocolate on the Pillow Group. Stylt Trampoli is the interior designer.
The owner of the building and the contract structure are not stated in the announcement. THD lists the stage as under construction on the basis of published reports about the redevelopment of the building, not a statement from the brand.
