Ownership and business model
Far East Hospitality is a Singapore-based hotel and serviced-residence operator. Far East Hospitality Holdings was formed in 2013 as a joint venture between Far East Orchard Limited (70%) and The Straits Trading Company Limited (30%). Its wider portfolio includes the TFE Hotels joint venture with Australia’s Toga Group.
The group reports more than 100 hotels and serviced residences, over 18,000 rooms and a presence in 11 countries. Its brands include Oasia, Quincy, Rendezvous, Village, Far East Collection, A by Adina, Adina Hotels, Vibe Hotels, Travelodge Hotels and Collection by TFE Hotels.
On 21 October 2026, Global Hotel Alliance announced an agreement covering 26 Far East Hospitality properties in Singapore, Malaysia and Japan. Their integration into GHA DISCOVERY is planned for early 2027.
