Atlantis The Royal is on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, beside Atlantis, The Palm. It opened on 10 February 2023, according to Hospitality Design and Wikipedia. The Kerzner International press kit names Kerzner as operator and describes a 43 storey building, 178 metres tall, with 760 keys: 623 rooms, 131 suites and six signature penthouses. Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, the design architect, gives 795 rooms and 231 residences and names Kerzner International as client.
The press kit lists 16 restaurants and bars, including Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Nobu by the Beach, Estiatorio Milos and La Mar by Gastón Acurio. It also lists the 5,045 square metre AWAKEN Wellness, a 1,000 square metre Diamond Ballroom, six meeting rooms and more than 90 pools across the property, counting residences. GA Design is credited with the hotel interiors.
