What is planned
Oberoi Hotels & Resorts has set out the design and programme for The Oberoi Sukoonvilas, Wadi Safar. The resort is planned with 60 standalone villas and 10 branded residences on more than 37 acres, and is due to open in the first quarter of 2027.
Aedas is the architect and Blink the interior designer. The details are as carried in trade reports of the company announcement.
