Paathz is a hiring platform for hospitality. For job seekers it offers AI-matched job recommendations, fit scores, one-step applications and application tracking, free of charge. For employers it offers a matching engine, a light applicant tracking system, workforce analytics and multi-property management. Candidates’ experience, skills, languages, availability, mobility and familiarity with hospitality systems are structured so employers can compare them, and candidates can add short video answers. The platform does not independently verify candidate information, and hiring decisions stay with the employer.
More than 30,000 hospitality professionals joined before any role was posted. The employer beta opened on 30 July 2026 in Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Spain and Switzerland, after which the company said sign-ups had passed 40,000. Co-founders are Ayush Soota (chief executive), Jan Jansen and Luc Minnich, with Pranav Burnwal as chief technology officer. The company names the EHL Innovation Hub and the Asian Institute of Hospitality & Management as partners. The registered company is Paathz Pte. Ltd.
