HVS sees US RevPAR up 5% in 2026 as hotel cap rates edge to 8.4%
HVS's September Market Pulse forecasts 2026 US ADR of $166 and RevPAR of $105. Almost 1,000 hotels sold in the first half, up nearly 14%, at an average 8.2% cap rate.
