Its spring 2026 release, announced on 2 June 2026, added Groups & Events for proposals and rooming lists, Spaces for meeting rooms and other rentable assets, an Immersive Booking Engine, a rebuilt calendar, Cloudbeds Accounting with USALI-aligned reporting and an accounting API, Cloudbeds Insights for reporting, and an early look at Ask Signals, a conversational AI interface over its Signals data layer.
The company was founded in 2012 and says tens of thousands of properties in more than 150 countries use the platform. Adam Harris is co-founder and chief executive. Hotel Tech Report has named it a top hotel management system, PMS and channel manager, and a Best Place to Work, for eight consecutive years, by the company’s own account.
