Guestline is a hotel software brand that The Access Group describes as established in the UK. Access Hospitality acquired Guestline’s hotel software products in July 2023, and the Guestline website now redirects to The Access Group’s site. When the acquisition was announced on 11 July 2023, Access said Guestline served over 2,900 venues in 23 countries.
The range covers a property management system, hotel distribution, a booking engine, digital check-in and GuestStay kiosks, GuestPay payments, hotel EPoS, catering and event management, and a revenue management system. The Access Group states that the software serves over 3,500 hoteliers.
