What is planned
Aloft by Marriott Sepang is one of four new-build hotels that IOI Properties Group and Marriott International agreed in a statement dated 30 September 2026. It is planned with 250 keys and a 2030 opening, within a 40-acre commercial development in Kota Warisan.
IOI Properties Group will own the hotel and Marriott will manage it. No investment value has been disclosed. Details are as reported by The Edge Malaysia from the press statement.
