What is planned
The Ritz-Carlton, Putrajaya is one of four new-build hotels that IOI Properties Group and Marriott International agreed in a statement dated 30 September 2026. It is planned with 215 keys and a 2032 opening, as part of a 70-storey mixed-use tower in Phase 3 of IOI Resort City.
IOI Properties Group will own the hotel and Marriott will manage it. No investment value has been disclosed. Details are as reported by The Edge Malaysia from the press statement.
