About the hotel
Montage Los Cabos occupies 39 acres on Santa Maria Bay, between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo in Baja California Sur, within the 1,400-acre Twin Dolphin master-planned community. The project was announced in October 2015 by its developer, Ohana Real Estate Investors, and the resort was reported as open to guests in June 2018. It was the first Montage resort outside the United States, according to Luxury Travel Advisor.
The resort has 122 guestrooms, suites and casas, together with 52 Montage Residences. Trade press credited the architecture and interiors to Robert Glazier and Bernardi + Peschard. Dining venues on the official site include Mezcal, Marea, Talay Thai Kitchen, Paletas and a sushi bar. Spa Montage was reported at 40,000 sq ft at opening. Guests have access to pools, the beach and golf at Twin Dolphin, where an 18-hole Fred Couples Signature course was planned for 2018.
