What is planned
Four Seasons and Royal Resort Cap Malabata, a developer backed by GFH Bank of Bahrain, announced Four Seasons Resort Tangier on 8 October 2026. The resort is planned with 99 rooms and suites, including 27 standalone villas, facing the Strait of Gibraltar.
Arjitec is named for architecture and Goddard Littlefair for interiors. It would be the fourth Four Seasons property in Morocco. The opening date, the investment value and the contract terms have not been disclosed.
