According to the shareholding page on its corporate site, at 30 June 2026 its main shareholders were Parvus Asset Management (14.9%), Kingdom Holding Company (7.0%), Qatar Investment Authority (6.6%), Wellington Management (5.7%) and BlackRock (5.2%), with the remaining 60.7% in free float.

The group describes itself as asset-light. It reports through two divisions, Premium, Midscale and Economy and Luxury and Lifestyle, and earns revenue mainly from management and franchise fees and from sales, marketing, distribution and loyalty services. Full-year 2025 revenue was EUR 5,639 million and recurring EBITDA EUR 1,201 million. In its half-year 2026 results Accor said it had agreed to sell its stake of about 30.7% in Essendi (formerly AccorInvest), the hotel owner, to a Blackstone and Colony IM consortium, with closing expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
