Amangiri is at Canyon Point in southern Utah, a 20 to 25 minute drive from Page Municipal Airport according to the official site, which says the resort sits on more than 900 acres of the Colorado Plateau. Wikipedia states that it opened in 2009 with 34 suites, was designed by Marwan Al-Sayed, Rick Joy and Wendell Burnett, and is owned and operated by the Aman group.
In 2020 the resort added Camp Sarika, which the official site describes as a cluster of 10 tented pavilions, each with a private plunge pool. The site also lists a six-bedroom villa on a nine-acre plot. The resort has two restaurants, one at the main building and one at Camp Sarika, an Aman Spa, a main swimming pool and a programme of guided activities that includes slot canyon hikes, horse riding and via ferrata climbing.
