About the hotel
Cheval Blanc Paris stands at 8 quai du Louvre in the 1st arrondissement, in front of the Pont-Neuf and between the Louvre and the Marais. It opened in 2021 as a Maison of Cheval Blanc, the hotel brand of the LVMH group, which has developed properties since 2006. LVMH states that the hotel has 72 rooms and suites and was conceived by Peter Marino, with reference to Art Deco heritage and French craftsmanship.
The hotel has four restaurants. Plénitude, led by chef Arnaud Donckele, holds three Michelin stars; Hakuba, a Japanese restaurant, holds two; Le Tout-Paris, a brasserie and bar open daily from 7 am to 1 am, holds one; and Langosteria serves Italian cooking. In-room dining is branded Carte Blanche and pastry is led by Maxime Frédéric. The wellness offer is the Dior Spa Cheval Blanc. The brand’s chief executive is Olivier Lefebvre.
