About the hotel
Le Bristol Paris stands at 112 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in the 8th arrondissement. It opened in April 1925 and marked its centenary in 2025. According to Wikipedia, Rudolf August Oetker acquired the hotel in 1978; the official site describes it as a family-owned hotel within Oetker Hotels, the collection that operates it. In 2009 the hotel opened the Matignon Residence in a neighbouring building, adding 21 rooms, five suites and the restaurant 114 Faubourg.
The official site gives 188 rooms and suites. Dining comprises Epicure, which holds three Michelin stars, 114 Faubourg, with one, Café Antonia, Le Jardin Français and Le Bar du Bristol. The hotel has a 13,000 sq ft courtyard garden, Spa Le Bristol by La Mer, a rooftop indoor swimming pool, Le Bristol Society Fitness Club, event venues, and its own flour mill, bakery, chocolate production and six rooftop beehives.
