What is planned
Four Seasons lists the Caye Chapel resort and residences among its 2027 openings. No opening day has been stated. The developer describes 104 oceanfront rooms, including overwater bungalows, with a beach club, restaurants and bars, and a spa.
The island also carries a residential offer of estate homesites, Four Seasons Private Estates and Private Residences. Four Seasons names HKS as architect and AvroKo as interior designer. The developer says transfers from Belize City take under ten minutes by air or around thirty minutes by private boat.
The developer states that amenities and imagery reflect proposed plans and may change.
