THoD Newsdesk, New Delhi: A cloud-based hotel management start-up, Lingertech has recently declared that it has partnered up with 15 prominent hotels across northern India, in an effort to add to the comfort of hospitality. Making use of this cloud-based technology, this start-up is assisting small-scale and medium-range hotels to ratify technology seamlessly, at economic costs.
Lingertech allows hotels to manage all their departments, including the front office, housekeeping, restaurant, accounts, health clubs, banquets and so on, on a single tab.
Sandeep Kumar, Founder of Lingertech, was quoted saying, “With customers becoming confident in travelling, it is important for hotel players to provide a reassurance & experience to plan their holidays at ease.” He further stated that hotels need to be tech-driven- be it motels, small hotels or big brands. “With the ease of technology Lingertech & small hotels aim to bring lifestyle experiences, Kumar added.
Given the pandemic at hand, the hotel industry has been constantly adapting to the ‘new normal’ through the latest technologies and most of the industry stakeholders are making sure to set contactless services in motion by minimizing physical touchpoints within the hotel. The guests are also allowed to self-check-in and check-out through mobile applications, before even reaching the establishment.
