Timothy holds the position of Principal at Wellbrook Hospitalyu and is also a co-founder of both LEVEN and LEVENverse. In this role, Timothy was instrumental in bringing The Hoxton brand to the United States, establishing the US office, and leading a team based in New York. Under his leadership, The Hoxton successfully opened locations in New York, Portland, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
During his tenure at Hoxton, Timothy also served as the group’s Global Brand Director. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in shaping the Hoxton brand’s identity and facilitating its global expansion. His responsibilities encompassed overseeing graphic design, public relations, social media, retail, digital marketing, partnerships, and events teams located in the London office.
Presently, Timothy directs the operations of the LEVEN Hotel in Manchester and is actively engaged in the development of the LEVENverse project.
Danny Pecorelli, Managing Director of Exclusive Collection trained at The Savoy in London followed by Cornell University graduating in Hotel Management, he then spent a year with Sheraton Hotels in the USA developing his sales and marketing techniques. Hotel Management commenced with Exclusive Collection in 1991. Danny became Managing Director of Exclusive Collection in 1997.
Danny is actively involved in the wider hospitality industry, he was voted Hotelier of the Year in 2014 by the Caterer and previously Chairman of the Master Innholders, and one of the organisers of “Back to the Floor” raising significant sums for Hospitality Action. Danny has a passion for developing the talent of the future. Such passion has also resulted in the launch of its Exclusive Chefs’ Academy, Graduate Manager’s programme, Food and Beverage Academy, and strong learning paths in all areas.
